Come to the Hello Summer Chalk Party from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 3 at the library and enjoy grilled hot dogs and refreshing snow cones. Then get creative with sidewalk chalk as you bring color to Upper Sandusky Community Library’s front walk.
